Amaya Painting, Inc. power washed this house – removing a great deal of greenish mildew, which really showed on the white paint.

We did minor wood repairs as needed – including garage door trim & above windows.

We caulked all of the edges where the siding & the trim meet – at corners and around windows.

We removed light fixtures to sand and paint all the siding.

Where the siding was extremely rough, we filled it with putty and sanded before painting.

NOTE: Every window on this house has actual wood frames for the window panes. Each one had to be scraped, sanded, primed and painted.

We spray painted the siding for excellent coverage.

We brush painted the trim, doors & shutters.

We brush painted the handrails – both white wood and black metal railings.

We stained the deck floor with opaque stain.

We also washed every exterior window when we were done. And we cleaned up sanding & paint debris before leaving.
